CASCADIA. Cascadia is the who one helps me and guides me in the right direction regarding anything to do with my mediumship.

AURI. Auri is the BIG man of all of the spirit guide people I have with me. He is the one who has been with me since birth and helps me to go on the right track in what I should be doing and in what I should do.

He is also the one who allows other spirit people from the spirit world to step closer to my auric filed and communicate with me so I can pass on messages to people on the earth plane.

A spirit guide is a non-physical entity who protects and guides your way. These are positive entities who are here to help you. Many people are aware that their spirit guides bring them jobs - parking spots - and in general help them develop their goals in life.
You may not always feel that your spirit guides are protecting you - but when you make the choices about the dramas you chose to play out in your life - spirit can only sit back - watch and wait for a time you will get past your emotional issues and work with them. Spirit guides cannot take away your issues - but they can guide you to sources that will help you overcome them. These usually include doctors and metaphysical/ spiritual healers.

In times of emergency - you raise your frequency and connect more easily with that which is above - or on higher frequency - which usually includes your spirit guide. Many people have Near Death Experiences and see their guide.
Who are your Spirit Guides?
We all have at least one spirit guide. The number of guides varies form person to person. The average number being five.
Our connection to our spirit guides is not by chance. If you perceive time as linear - then spirit guides are part of our past lives - here to assist us in this lifetime. If you perceive reality as spiralling loops of consciousness - the slinky effect - then all things are occurring simultaneously - making our spirit guides other aspects of our soul's experience.
Spirit guides may appear to you psychically as humanoid - as animals, often called power animals - as aliens from a place that you call home - or beings of light. Human entities often appear as Native Americans - Healers [as people seek to heal their issues] - someone from an ancient civilization - or someone you knew - who crossed over.

Angels are not spirit guides as they come and go and do not remain with just one person. The same is true of ascended masters. These groups of entities can help you if you ask them for guidance - after which they move on. Spirit guides remain with you. There is generally one main spirit guide who never leaves you. This guide talks to you in thought form and imagery all the time - you need only 'tune in' to what he or she is saying.
Usually your main spirit guide is your polar opposite. We call this the duality of our soul experience in the electromagnetic grid which creates our reality. One half remains in the higher realms to guide - while its mirror image - the other half - spirals down into third dimension to experience life in a physical body. Your mission - reunite the two halves.
Each guide is here for a specific purpose in your life:
- Guide your spiritual mission
- Help you heal your issues and restore you to balance
- Bring deceased loved one to you for closure or other emotional reasons
- Creative things - art, music, writing, acting
- Your soul mate

Hierarchies - with spirit guides they do not work the same way as they do in third dimension. What exists are levels of frequency in which you find some guides on higher faster moving frequencies of light and thought - while other spirit guides remain on lower frequencies.
Some people prefer to have famous people from history as their guides. It gives them a sense of personal power. This is really not important. What is important is that you are aware that someone is above protecting and guiding you - if you listen to them. Always trust your instinct. You have the answers. Your guide will bring the synchronicities to show you the way. There are no coincidences. They are synchronicities you and your guide create to help you learn and move on more quickly. Everything is part of a giant web - sacred geometric blueprint. It is in dream time that we work with our spirit guides and plan what we will do in our physical bodies when we wake up.
Some guides stay with you for your entire experience in your present body. Others stay for many years then leave. You can ask a spirit guide to leave if you chose. You may ask for a spirit guide to do something creative - such as writing a story.
Sometimes you remember or sense your connecting with your guide through dreams, meditations, altered states of consciousness, or creative expression - writing, art, music, dance, or acting.
Communicating With Your Spirit Guide

There are many ways to communicate with spirit guides. These are all forms of channelling information from the other side.
Talking to your spirit guides is a form of channelling. As with all channelling - this is not for everyone. If you have deep emotional problems - or find the guides you connect with to be negative or bring negative messages - please stop channelling. These exercises are to bring light and understanding. They could trigger your fears and cause anxiety if you have problems.
When spirit guides speak to you it is not like hearing to a physical voice. Their messages are telepathic - thought forms. Your spirit guide is the 'little voice' you hear in your head. Sometimes spirit uses telekinesis to move objects or manifest objects to reinforce their connection with you - but most are not into that kind of hokey stuff.

You are a frequency of energy. You have your own energy signature - as does everyone else. You exist in the realm of third dimension - which is a slow moving frequency allowing you to take physical form. Spirit guides exist in higher frequency - where everything moves faster than the speed of light. Tuning in to your guide is like turning on a television or radio - one need only adjust the station to matching the frequency of the guide. This is the way all telepathic communication is done. It's more about physics than metaphysics.
Telepathic communication with spirit guides is called clairaudience which is communication by thought form - and Clairvoyance - communication by imagery. You see projected images - like watching a TV screen - when you close your eyes and focus on the 'screen' behind your forehead which will show you colours, shapes, and images. Responses from your spirit guide may be accompanied by physical sensations such as:
- pressure on top of your head.
- a sensation on the left side of the body or face.
Anyone can learn to communicate with their spirit guides telepathically. It just takes practice. You might be doing it already - and not realize that your thoughts are not your own.
You will find that some days the messages are fast and clear and other days you get nothing. This is normal. As you get to know your spirit guide - you will discover that they are not always close by to communicate. Entities in other realms often move around through dimensions - so you may not be able to connect.

If you are dealing with heavy emotional issues - most likely you will too stuck in 3D to opening up the part of your brain that needs to 'hear' messages from spirit. This is called the right side of the brain and is linked to the pineal gland. The third eye is not in the centre of your forehead. It is an actual eye that opens and closes and looks up and out. It is located in the centre of your brain.
Once you get used to 'talking up' to your guide - it will become part of your daily life. No matter where you are - you will be able to 'tune up.'
If you meditate, you can ask your spirit guide to take you on mystical journeys in which you receive enlightenment and messages. This can be done with music or without - alone or in a group.
Among the best times to hear your guide is just before you go to sleep or just after you wake up while you are still lying in bed. You brain is relaxed and moving from one state of consciousness to another state of consciousness. The same is true of meditation - you go from alpha to delta states. Talking to your guide in the shower or relaxing in a bath is another good time.
Dowsing is great way to learn to communicate with your spirit guide.
Driving and Spirit Guides

Driving often produces a hypnotic effect allow your guide to connect with you. Just pay attention to the road if you use this time to chat. Not everyone can multitask. When avoiding an accident - it is often your guide whose energies come into your physical body - then swerve your car out of the way. You may hear a message in you r head as a warning before this occurs. Also when driving - you may hear a message that says, "Turning on the radio." You turn it on and discover that the first message or the lyrics to a song - are a message from spirit and what you need to hear. You may also hear spirit tell you, "Look at the sign on the side of the road or building - or the look at the license plate of the car in front of you." They often bring messages. At the time of a car accident - people often see their guides - come in to protect and save them from a car that was 'totaled' - or help them cross over to the other side.

Messages are everywhere if you pay attention.
Physical Connection with your Spirit Guide
Can spirit guides connect during sexual intercourse? Yes they can. Your guide can connect his or her frequency with that of your partner - and you will experience a difference as never before as you are linking body, mind and soul - the reunion of self. It creates balance and love. Both physical partners must be in love with each other and be soul connected for this to occur. Spirit guides generally make that choice - not you. They must be of a similar frequency to your partner. Your partner may not be aware of this exchange of energies - but you will be. It is often not a good idea to tell a partner - who does not believe in spirit guides - about this energy exchange. This may occur on one occasion or frequently. This is up to you, your guide, and the situation.

Manifestation of Spirit Guides
Most Spirit Guides do not - and cannot - manifest in the physical or they would no longer be 'spirit' guides.
Spirit Guides sometimes appear in photos as ectoplasmic forms.
This ectoplasmic form can also be seen at times - we call these spirits ghosts or apparitions.
Lessons
Let's try a few simple lessons to help you connect with your spirit guide. You may be able to do this now - or have to come back and try again later when you are more open to channelling.
Though you may want to ask your spirit guide personal questions about your life - it is best - for the first few lessons to focus on 'hearing' your spirit guide's voice. To do this you must practice by keeping the questions non-personal. Questions can ONLY be asked once. You cannot ask your spirit guide a question over and over to get the answer you wish to hear.

Lesson 1

Today you are going to ask only non-personal Yes or No questions.
Find a quiet place - free of distractions - no music. Sit down or lie down - whatever is most comfortable for you. Relax your body and mind. Close your eyes. Take three slow deep breaths and relax.
Open your mind to 'listen'.
Begin by sending a telepathic message to your guide....Hello! Are you ready to talk to me?
Now relax and allow the answer to come into your thoughts - not in physical words - but in thoughts. You should hear a thought message with an affirmative answer. YES!
Send another telepathic message that is not personal that you know the answer to.....Is it sunny today?
You should hear the correct answer.
Is today Sunday?
Again - You should hear the correct answer.
Continue with more non-personal questions that can answered with Yes or No.
You are adjusting your brain to 'listening' for messages from your. If you are not certain that the messages are not your own thoughts - time and practice will allow you the see the difference. As you get to know your guide's name - you can talk one-to-one more easily.

Lesson 2

You are going to ask non-personal questions again. You may want to have a paper and pen close by to write down a name of message.
Think Hello again.
You should sense a greeting.
Are you here to answer my questions?
Wait for the thought YES.
Begin with a series of simple questions which will enable you practice listening.
Please tell me your name.
If you have trouble understanding the name - listen hard - then come as close to what you 'hear' as you can. Spirit will usually accept whatever name you give them. Some names are long and may have to be shortened - or a letter of the alphabet substituted.my spirit guide is Auri When a name is agreed upon - your soul will sense that it is the right name - which is called a frequency signature.
Once you get a name you sense is right for you and your spirit guide - proceed on to other telepathic questions.
Call the guide by name. - - - - - , may I ask you some Yes and No questions?
Wait for an affirmative answer. It should be immediate. Relax - listen - and be patient.
For today ask questions about your spirit guide and their place in your life. It is best to only talk to one guide now as you get used to their frequency. Later you can talk to other guides. You must establish a comfortable relationship with your main guide first. Ask the spirit guide Yes and No questions about them.
Did you ever live on the physical Earth plane?
Did we know each other?
Were we related?
Do you stay with me all the time?
Can you manifest for me in 3D?
You can ask questions that you have prepared - or make them up as you go along. take as many days as you need to adjust to this communication by thought form.

Lesson 3

Once you are comfortable, you are ready to ask questions about your personal life. Again - keep the questions simple with Yes or No answers.
You can say your questions out loud - then repeat the answers into a tape recorder - or you can think the questions and remember the answers.
If record or write down the questions and answers - please put a date at the top of your page or on your audio tape.
You can take your time. Spirit guides are not in a hurry to go anywhere. They do not exist in a place that marks time.
It is often easiest to prepare your questions in advance. Spirit guides do not care if you have one or more questions.
Always begin with -------[name of guide] Are you ready to answer my questions?
Wait for an affirmative answer. You can also practice with a few non-personal questions to get things going.
Remember to only ask Yes or No questions at this time.

Lesson 4

The final step on listen to your spirit guide is to listen to complete sentences or fragments that help you understand what the guide is trying to convey.
For example: I am going to school to study to be a teacher. Is this a wise choice? If the reply is No...ask What career is best for me and how can I get to that point?
The most difficult questions to ask are about your emotional life - questions about love and lovers - family and friends - the people who share your heart and your emotions.
You will want your guide to tell you what you want to hear - but that may not always be the case. Do not rephrase the question.
Does my boyfriend love me? Is he cheating?
Whatever you hear first is the right answer.
You can ask additional questions along those lines if you chose.
Once you get past your emotional issues - you might want to ask spiritual questions about your guide's relationship with you - the universe - and any other feeling of changes that are happening on the planet.
The more often you practice 'listening up' - the clearer you can 'hear'. You must learn to trust what you hear or you will not be good at this.

Lesson 5

Once you can hear your guide's messages - it is time to receive visual images. These are images projected to you by your Spirit Guides. Remember that when all is said and done - reality is nothing more than projected imagery through which we experience. The projection is what we see through our minds and the thoughts are the program of our reality. Reality is an illusion of mind and consciousness.
You may have already received images while practicing your auditory skills.
For some people 'seeing images is easy - easier than hearing their thoughts.
Other people claim to 'see' nothing.
Again - this is just about patience and practice.

Spirit Guides love to speak in symbolic imagery.
They use colours and archetypes/shapes that you may or may not understand at first. A symbol can have multiple meanings. You would have to look up the meanings of what you see in a dream dictionary found on the Internet - or other source that explains symbols.
Here is an example of symbolism - Your guide shows you the image of a baby. A baby does not necessarily mean someone is having a baby. It could mean that something new is about to happen in your life. Images can have one or more meanings. You just need to learn to understand their meaning in the context of your question.
For this lesson you will need to be in a quiet place - free of distractions.
Relax your body. Get comfortable.
Close your eyes.

Take three slow deep breaths - in through your nose - holding the breath for several seconds - then release it slowly through your mouth.
There is a screen just behind your forehead. Focus on it. Take your time. The screen may look blank to you at first. When viewing this screen - you may see shapes - colours - and images that are either stationary or animated.
The screen may start off looking blank to you - but give it a few minutes and an image will come into focus.
Start off by calling your guide to you. Use the guide's name. Extend a greeting.
Ask the guide to show you an image. Wait..... Focus..... Wait.... until you see something.
Practice this until you are able to see images even if you are not sure what they are and what they mean.
You may do this as long as you like.
Write down what you see as this may be important.
You can do this for a few minutes - or as long as you feel wish - on your first attempt.
Practice until you are able to close your eyes and easily see images.

Lesson 6

Once you can 'see' images and fell comfortable with this skill - it is time to connect with your guide about matters that are important to you.
You can ask your guide a question and 'look' on your screen for your answer.
The answer may be accompanied by thoughts in your mind. Some people hear music or familiar songs that also have relevance to your answer.
Sometimes you may not have a question for you guide. You may just want to connect with your guide and allow him or her to bring you messages about any subject. Spirit Guides love to talk. They have waited a long time to communicate with you. Then again...they may have connected with you but you did not know it was your guide.
Ask your guide to show you what he or she looks like. You may only see a light - which means that is all they are - light energy. Have you ever seen a flash of light move past you - like a twinkling star that only lasts for a second or two? That is what spirit looks like. It is what your soul looks like - a spark of light.

Do not ask your guide to change anyone else's destiny. Teenagers like to ask guides about bringing them boyfriends and girlfriends - getting even with other kids, teachers and adults - getting answers to tests and so forth. Sorry - but that is not what spirits guides do for you. You cannot use your spirit guide to manipulate anything - or it will backfire on you. Be careful what you wish for - it just might happen. I know that teens seek their personal power - but you will just have to grow up like everyone else did - to find it. If you seek negative spirits to help you - that will also backfire. Dysfunctional teens will try to talk to spirits on lower frequency - who bring drama and issues. Forget about it!
Getting to know your spirit guide brings fun and enlightenment to your life. Many spirit guides are funny and tell you silly things all day. You can also get to meet your other guides - and all kinds of spirits on the other side. Remember - it all takes time and the belief that you can do it. Your spirit guide can become your best friend.
