Meditation. Meditation can help in many ways from linking in with your own guides from just pure relaxation. The blow meditation was channelled from my spirit guide Astoria. Hope you all enjoy this page and get as much out of it as I did.
MY OWN MEDITATION
First of all make sure you
have a glass of water to hand, so when you have finished your meditation you
can drink some of it so it will bring you back down to earth making sure you
have to phone of the hook so you will not be disturbed. Now find a spot on
your hone where you can relax and you will not be distracted. Make this
place your place and where you will be meditating at all times.
Sit your self down in your meditation place, making sure your feet are flat on the floor
Arm and legs should be uncrossed and relaxed.
Back flat and up right
Hands should be facing upwards and not down wards, relaxing them to each side of you.
With eyes open take deep breaths in and out slowly a few times until you feel youíre self-cramming down
Close your eyes and breathe normal

BUBBLE OF LIGHT
Still sitting down calmly by your self
Imagine yourself surrounded with a bubble with a white light of protection.
Sit here for a moment up until you feel your bubble is strong enough to protect you from any low entity spirits that may want to enter in your space.
Now ask for you highest guides and helpers to step forward and to help you with your opening up to channel
EG:- ( I WOULD LIKE MY HIGHEST GUIDES AND HIGHEST HELPERS TO PLEASE STEP FORWARD AND COME CLOSE. )
Now concentrate on your base CHAKRA see the petals opening up like a flower. Once its open see the bright colour RED beaming right out of it.
Now concentrate on the Sacral CHAKRA ( SECOND ) see the petals once again start to open up slowly, See the vibrant colour ORANGE beaming of that CHAKRA.
Concentrate now on the third CHAKRA SOLAR PLEXUS, see it slowly opening up its petals and see the glimmering colour of yellow.
Now do the same to the HEART, THOUGHT ,THIRD EYE, CROWN.
HEART ( GREEN ) THROUGHT ( BLUE ) THIRD EYE ( INDIGO ) CROWN(VILOTE)
Now sit quietly and imagine you are in your sacred space. You can make your sacred space in to what ever you feel most convertible with. In this space you have made, put anything in it you that will make you feel safe, calm, happy. This can be from anything from your favourite crystals to your favourite animal. Now imagine you are in your room feeling safe, calm, and very relaxed. Just sit there quietly and see if you get anything. You might see a image of some sort or you might get a feeling. If you do feel that spirits are getting to close then tell them to back off. Remember that you are in control and not them. You might at first you will not get anything at all, Just keep doing in what you are and trust that all your guides and helpers are there with you helping you with your meditation. If you find that you are getting far to much information in and you are having problems in keeping up, then tell them to slow down. Once you start to receive information. images, feelings and you are not sure in what they are trying to say, tell them that and ask for more info .It would be a good idea to keep your spiritual journal beside you when you are meditating. This will come in handy when you want to look back and see how much you have developed. If at any stage during your Meditation you wish to put things down in to your journal then please do so straight away. Once you have closed your eyes again take yourself back to your sacred space. Do this Meditation for as long as you can. And donít worry about the time. When in Meditation you should never be concerned about how much you have done OR how much time you have left. Never time your self while you are in Meditation. Once you feel that you have done enough then its time for you to come back down
COMING OUT OF MEDITATION
Thank your guides and Helpers for coming. Eg:- ( I would like to thank my highest guides and helpers for coming here today and helping me with my channelling. I would like to also thank my God for protecting me and also my guide. Bless you all for coming but now I would like for all guides and helpers and any other spirits friends which are here today to take a step backwards as I am now going to come out of my Meditation and no longer work on a psychic level. Thank you and God bless you all for coming here today.
Start at the top of your crown CHAKRA first. close its petals slowly and very tightly
Then go down to your third
eye which is situated between youíre your brow, closing once again the
petals slowly and very tightly.
Then go to your throat CHAKRA again close its petals and making sure its very tight and thereís no BLUE light coming out of it
Now go to your HEART
CHAKRA closing its petals once again making sure its tight and no green
light is showing through.
Now go down to your SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA closing each petal slowly and very tightly making sure no yellow light shining out of it.
Now go down to the SACRAL CHAKRA closing it once again its petals making sure you see and donít feel any ORANGE energy light coming out of it.
Now finally the base CHAKRA, closing each petal slowly and very securely making sure you do not see any RED energy light coming out of the base CHAKRA.

Now making sure your eyes are still closed slowly wiggle your toes and fingers to bring you back and make your self aware of where you are. Slowly open your eyes in the intention that you know you are fully back in the room. Grad your water and take some. Then stand up and walk around the room to make sure you have come out of your MEDITATION. Once you are sure you are fully aware of being back in your room, Take your journal and put down any feelings ,Images, Or even messages you have received from spirits during your meditation
